Welcome to my home! This charming 60 m² property offers a warm and welcoming space for a relaxing stay in the city. Guests must climb stairs to access the property. Designed with stylish and thoughtfully arranged spaces, the living area invites guests to sit back and enjoy their favourite shows after a day of exploring. The open-concept kitchen creates the perfect setting for cooking and socializing. It comes fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, while the dining peninsula and integrated balcony add to the cosy ambience of shared meals. The two beautifully decorated bedrooms provide a restful retreat. The first features a comfortable queen bed with ample storage, while the second offers a lovely double bed and plenty of space for your belongings. Guests will find two well-appointed shared bathrooms in the hallway, stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for a refreshing experience. Outside, the inviting outdoor area is perfect for making the most of your stay. Fire up the barbecue for a delicious meal, cool off in the refreshing hot pool, or simply unwind in the open-air seating area, creating memorable moments with friends and family. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
