Located on the 4th floor and accessible by lift, the apartment combines modern design with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The open-plan living area features a cosy seating space, a dining table, and a wide-screen TV, perfect for unwinding in the evenings or catching up on your favourite shows. From here, step out onto the Juliet balcony to enjoy fresh air and a peaceful outdoor moment. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious meals, such as a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. For added convenience, a dishwasher makes cleaning up effortless, while a washer and ironing equipment are also provided to meet your laundry needs. The apartment offers two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a third bedroom with two single beds, all dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Two bathrooms complete the property, each stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries to provide all the essentials for a refreshing stay. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Komfortable, geräumige Wohnung, der Aufzug ist klein, erfüllt aber seinen Zweck. Für kleine Gruppen zu empfehlen.
