Ideal for families or small groups, this accommodation features a spacious living room flooded with natural light. The room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a reading armchair, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and watch TV after a day of sightseeing. The spacious dining area is perfectly integrated into the living room, making it easy to gather the family around the table for pleasant dinners, while enjoying the abundant natural light that harmoniously illuminates the entire area throughout the day. The modern, separate kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to basic pots and crockery, the kitchen features a hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and a practical washing machine, providing all the essential equipment to help with your daily routine. The sleeping area consists of two independent bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious, features a serene green-toned wall and is equipped with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom, perfect for accommodating friends or children, has two comfortable single beds, a desk and a wardrobe. The bathroom has all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and the building has a lift, with only four steps included in the access to the apartment. The space is always professionally cleaned. Enjoy your stay!

This property has a self check-in system, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3pm, subject to availability and confirmation. Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use utility policy with a limit of €80 will be applied. On the first days, we provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. Extra keys: €20 (extra set of keys when available, lost keys or door opening service during the stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (Towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Parking: Paid parking available in the area.
