Above all, we emphasize that the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, very young children and the elderly. The stairs are quite steep. This small courtyard house is located on Cours Boisseau, in the heart of Old Lille. The accommodation was renovated in 2024, it is atypical, functional and pleasant to live in. Ideal for visiting Lille and/or for your business trips!

The house is on several levels and composed as follows: - Entrance opening onto a living room with equipped kitchen - You will find, on level +1, a lounge area with connected TV - On level +2 there is a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower, sink and WC The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.
