Please note that the accommodation is located in an Appart’Hotel type residence, on the second floor with no lift. Sound insulation is limited and the accommodation is located in a busy area. We advise you to bring your earplugs for greater comfort.

The apartment is a studio located Rue Baptiste Monnoyer on the second floor (without elevator) of a typical Lille building: it comprises a single living room with a real double bed 140 x 200, a dining/office area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. You'll appreciate this practical, well-equipped short-stay apartment right next to the center of Lille, ideal for couples, singles and business travelers. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for breakfast and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video. The neighborhood is quite lively, so for light sleepers, we advise you to bring your earplugs.
