Superb studio ideally located in the centre of Lille. Everything is within walking distance. The train stations are 15 minutes away, the metro 5 mins. Please note that the accommodation is located in an Appart’Hotel type residence, on the second floor with no lift. Sound insulation is limited and the accommodation is located in a busy area. We advise you to bring your earplugs for greater comfort.

The apartment is located on Rue Baptiste Monnoyer, on the second floor (no elevator) of a typical Lille building, and you will have access to the entire unit. You'll appreciate the comfort of this apartment, with its fully-equipped kitchenette, double bed, modern decor and open-plan shower room (no door) with WC. For light sleepers, we recommend you bring your own earplugs. Ideal for solo travelers, business travelers or short-stay couples! The apartment will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV, Prime Video!

You can use the Ilevia application to get around Lille. Car parks nearby. Parking Effia république beaux arts at 5 min , 17€ for 24h. Sundays are free parking days in the streets. As the building's soundproofing is not perfect for light sleepers, we advise you to bring your earplugs!
