Superb apartment ideally located in the center of Lille. You're right next to the Place de la République, the Grand Place and the train stations! Please note that the accommodation is located in an Appart’Hotel type residence, on the first floor with no lift. Sound insulation is limited and the accommodation is located in a busy area. We advise you to bring your earplugs for greater comfort.

The apartment is located on Rue Baptiste Monnoyer, on the fourth floor of a typical Lille building. For information, renovation work is currently taking place in the building's common areas. This may cause some noise pollution, only during the day and excluding weekends. Please note that the staircase to access the apartment is typical of our pretty Lille buildings: the staircases are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking (also think about luggage). The apartment comprises a light-filled living room with kitchen area, dining/office area, a double bed (140X200), modern decor and a bathroom with shower. The apartment will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for breakfast and dinner. Entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video. The apartment is functional, perfect for short stays!
