This unusual flat is located in the centre of Lille, on rue de Valmy (just behind the Palais des Beaux Arts!). It is on the ground floor of a secure building. The flat was renovated in 2023, and is highly functional, spacious and well-equipped. Ideal for visiting Lille and/or for your business trips!

The apartment is composed as follows: - Entrance is via the ground floor and opens directly onto two bedrooms with double bed, one on the courtyard side and another on the street side - Bathroom with shower - separate WC Upstairs : - Living room with high ceilings - Equipped kitchen - A third and final bedroom with double bed, courtyard side - separate WC Please note: access to the living room is via a staircase, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels.
