Welcome to our bright and comfortable 2-bedroom home in Burley, Leeds — ideal for short breaks, work trips or longer stays. Whether you’re visiting for business, study or leisure, you’ll have everything you need right here. Perfectly located just 8 minutes’ drive from Leeds city centre, you’ll also find Leeds University and Leeds General Infirmary close by. Burley Park Station is a short stroll away, with free on-street parking for added convenience. Inside, you’ll be welcomed by a cosy living room with a smart TV and a sofa (which can convert to a bed upon request), a dining area for four, and a modern open-plan kitchen fully equipped for your stay. Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms with plenty of natural light, comfortable single beds, storage space and a dedicated workspace — perfect for remote working. A contemporary bathroom completes the layout. Please note: The staircases in the property are steep and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. There is no outside space available at the property. Contractors welcome.
