Just a few steps away, you’ll find: The beach is 20 meters away. Literally, as soon as you step out the door, you’ll be on the sand at Las Canteras. This specific area (La Puntilla) has very calm, crystal-clear waters, ideal for swimming, snorkeling, or enjoying time with your family in complete safety. Just a 3-minute walk away is the iconic Mercado del Puerto. A historic spot that serves as a traditional market by day and, in the afternoon and evening, becomes the favorite hangout for tapas, local wines, and excellent international cuisine. Plus, the boardwalk is lined with restaurants and oceanfront terraces. Within a 200-meter radius, you’ll find several supermarkets, pharmacies, laundromats, ATMs, and shops—everything you need for your daily life! From the beach, you can walk to the spectacular natural area of El Confital (about 15 minutes away), a wild bay with incredible views and unforgettable sunsets. Excellent transportation links: A 10-minute walk will take you to the centrally located Santa Catalina Park and the Poema del Mar Aquarium. The main bus station (Intercambiador) is also located there, perfect if you want to explore other parts of the island or head straight to the airport.
