This apartment is located rue Flament Reboux, in the heart of Lambersart in a quiet and secure residence. It is on the 3rd floor with elevator. The apartment is duplex (2 bedrooms upstairs) and has a balcony. it is functional and bright. A private underground parking space is available.

PLEASE NOTE: WORK IN PROGRESS ON THE BALCONY UNTIL THE END OF 2025. The apartment comprises a living room with balcony, a fully-equipped kitchen and upstairs two bedrooms. The first floor features a spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a desk, another bedroom with a single double bed and a bathroom with bathtub. Professional cleaning service + laundry service for linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, towels, bath mats and dish towels.
