Thoughtfully designed and tastefully decorated, it provides the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation. Situated on the first floor, the apartment is easily accessible via a lift. The spacious living room features a plush sofa, a wide-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table ideal for meals or socializing. Step out onto the private balcony, where cozy seating areas invite you to unwind and soak in the atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stovetop, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, the apartment features a dishwasher to make cleanup effortless. A washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment are also provided to cater to your laundry needs. The apartment offers two cosy bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds. Each room is outfitted with quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep and ample storage space for your belongings. Two well-appointed bathrooms include all the necessary amenities, from clean towels to complimentary toiletries, ensuring a stress-free stay. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
