Welcome to my apartment! This 3-bedroom apartment in Funchal is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The apartment is on the fourth floor and is accessible by elevator. The property provides a spacious and well-equipped living space, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable stay for everyone. Additionally, it offers the convenience of private parking, making it easy for guests with their vehicles to explore the city and surrounding areas. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, a dining table for six and a desk providing a dedicated workspace for those who need it. The property also boasts a private balcony with two seats, offering a tranquil spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening while enjoying the mesmerizing sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, a drying rack, and ironing facilities to meet your laundry needs. Two bedrooms have a queen bed, and the third has two single beds, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. Additionally, it includes two private, numbered parking spaces in a secured garage under the apartment building, within ten steps of the elevator, making it easy for guests with their vehicles to explore the city and surrounding areas. Please note: Construction work is currently taking place on the building and is expected to continue for the next 3 months. Scaffolding will be installed, and guests may experience some noise during the day due to the ongoing works. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
