Welcome to my home! This delightful 60 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is on the lower ground level and is only accessible by stairs, so it is not ideal for people with reduced mobility. It is designed with modern décor, tall windows, and minimalist furniture, providing a peaceful and charming place to relax. The interior features a tastefully furnished and open layout with a welcoming kitchen with all the essentials for preparing tasty meals, including a cooking plate, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. A dishwasher and a washing machine are added for extra comfort. The living area features a lovely sitting area with a double couch bed, a TV, and a cosy armchair—a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The bedroom is modernly decorated, including a queen bed and multiple storage spaces. A lovely terrace with a charming table makes the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and the sunlight. Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
