This three-bedroom house in the seaside residential suburb of Sandymount This home is perfect for families and friends looking to stay in a calm area. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is close to various attractions like Dublin Castle and Sandymount Beach, good restaurants and shops, and Sandymount train station, which is about 5 5-minute walk.

Welcome to my home! Tastefully decorated, this lovely 87m2 house is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax and a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows. The area has a warm ambiance and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. There is a dining area with a table for six people and a kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washer and a dryer are also available if you wish to do the laundry. It has access to a lovely outdoor area with chairs to enjoy the fresh air. There are three bedrooms. The first is an ensuite with a UK king bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom is also a pleasant room with a UK queen bed and a sofa bed; the last bedroom has a UK single bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Please Note: If there is excessive electricity usage, you will be charged per KWT at the discretion of the owner Note: There is a small playground in the housing development.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Stayed here for 3 nights and was very impressed! We were over for a sporting/fitness event so the location was perfect and as with a lot of my visits to places, there was a nearby parkrun too! Proper
