Welcome to my home! This lovely 82m2 apartment is located on the 55th floor, accessible by lift. Bright and tastefully decorated, this fantastic apartment is ideal for families exploring this beautiful city. It is designed with open living and dining areas. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with Netflix and a dining area where you can dine with loved ones. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax. The kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. Amazing appartement, with an incredible view, the best I have seen sofar in my life. Nice and calm at the 55th floor. And central location in the Marina. Great place for 2 people, good bed, good acces
