Located in Avani Palm Views Residences, this amazing and spacious 3-bedroom apartment has a breathtaking view of the Persian Gulf sea and The Palm Jumeirah. It can accommodate 5-6 people comfortably, suitable for families and friends. The apartment is located 15-mins drive from the top 2 waterparks in Dubai and only a 5-minute walk to Palm Jumeirah monorail station.


Raum

Welcome! The living room features 2 comfortable sofas and a wide-screen smart TV, a dining table, and a work desk with a chair. There is a large balcony, furnished with a seating area for guests to enjoy the spectacular views of the Dubai Marina and The Palm. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need alongside a washing machine for laundry purposes. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms. The first one is equipped with a double bed and the second one with 2 single beds. Both rooms are connected to the same balcony. The third bedroom has a king-size bed, a smart TV, 2 armchairs, and floor-to-ceiling windows with spectacular views. Complimentary hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure a good night's rest. The 3.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
