This superb two-bedroom apartment on the 24th floor of a beautiful high-rise in Dubai Marina is ideal for families or friends to stay on holiday! It is fully furnished, and the property is located close to various attractions (JBR Beach, AquaFun Water Park, etc.), plenty of restaurants, shops and public transport. Step out of the building for direct access to the beach with just a 5-minute walk.

Welcome to my home! This elegantly decorated apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfy sofa bed, an armchair and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day in the city. There are also floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto the furnished balcony, where you can lounge and enjoy the stunning city views! The modern kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to fulfil your culinary requirements. There is also a washing machine if you wish to do laundry. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a king bed with magnificent sea views, and the second has a queen bed. Both beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Guests will have access to the entire home. Gym access is no longer available for guests. Kindly remove this from all listings. Guests will no longer have access to the building using access cards. They must use the intercom at the entrance, select the option to speak with the reception, and the reception team will verify them via camera before granting access. Guests can still access the pool using the access card provided.
