Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 1st floor with an elevator, our charming 103m2 apartment offers a strategic location and an upgraded living experience in the dynamic JBR community. Immerse yourself in the beauty of Dubai's skyline, indulge in beachside activities, and relish the convenience of proximity to major landmarks. The living room offers two sofas, including one that converts into a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table for meals with loved ones. A door opens onto a furnished balcony, providing a relaxing space to take in the stunning views of Ain Dubai. The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The 1.5 bathrooms contain all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. Guests will have access to the entire home. Gym access is no longer available for guests. Kindly remove this from all listings. Guests will no longer have access to the building using access cards. They must use the intercom at the entrance, select the option to speak with the reception, and the reception team will verify them via camera before granting access. Guests can still access the pool using the access card provided.

Nice and huge 1BR apartment with the views to Ain Dubai. Carrefour is just next door, beach is literally 2 minutes walking.
