Welcome to our home! This lovely 107m2 apartment is on the 11th floor, accessible by lift. This modern and tastefully decorated apartment has an open floor plan. Relax in the comfortable living room, furnished with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area where you can dine with loved ones. There's also a furnished balcony to lounge on and enjoy the fresh air! The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements. Plus, a washer is available for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable king bed and a sofa bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The 1.5 bathrooms have all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. Guests will have access to the entire home. Gym access is no longer available for guests. Kindly remove this from all listings. Guests will no longer have access to the building using access cards. They must use the intercom at the entrance, select the option to speak with the reception, and the reception team will verify them via camera before granting access.
