Situated on the 15th floor, this 66m² apartment is easily accessible by lift. Please note that the Dubai Fountain show is temporarily suspended for maintenance until further notice. Step into this stunning, modern apartment in Downtown Dubai's heart. The spacious, light-filled living room features contemporary furnishings with a sleek design. The dining area comfortably accommodates four guests, while the sitting area, complete with a smart TV, invites you to unwind and enjoy your favourite shows. The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The majestic bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. Guests can enjoy a range of premium amenities, including an infinity pool, a dedicated yoga room, a kids’ playground and playroom, as well as a BBQ area perfect for social gatherings. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.
