Burj Khalifa is about 2km away from the apartment. You can't fail to miss Dubai's iconic Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest building. Once an old army base, Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai's crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing the world's tallest building and the world's largest fountains and mall. Wide marble sidewalks are perfect for strolling, with restaurants, art galleries and children's play areas. Specially commissioned sculptures line the roads, and Downtown is often used as a canvas for modern art displays and community events such as Classic Car Shows and National Day parades. This brand-new unit on the 45th floor, tastefully decorated with a modern touch, offers a delightful 65m² space near Dubai's top attractions, including the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The apartment boasts an open floor plan adorned with new furnishings. The living room has a sofa, a large smart TV with multiple streaming options for your favorite shows, and a dining table for four. Step onto the private balcony with an outdoor dining and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom contains a comfortable king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces. The 1.5 bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that the Dubai Fountain show is temporarily suspended for maintenance until further notice. Enjoy your stay! Our stay was great. The apartment matches the photos, looks new and clean, and the sea view is beautiful. Check-in was easy and the host was very responsive. We would happily come back.
