This brand-new unit on the 35th floor, tastefully decorated with a modern touch, offers a delightful 105 m² space near Dubai's top attractions, including the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall! The apartment boasts an open floor plan adorned with new furnishings. The living room has a sofa bed, a large smart TV with multiple streaming options for your favourite shows, and a dining table for four. Step onto the private balcony to relax and enjoy the breathtaking cityscape and open sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. There are two magnificent bedrooms. The first has a king-size bed, and the second has a queen-size bed. Both beds are fitted with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Both bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. During your stay, you can access various amenities, including a pool, gym, kids' play area, yoga studio, cinema, games room, and squash courts. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay!
