There is a pharmacy and grocery store on the ground level of the building.

Welcome to my home! This stunning 38m² studio apartment on the 14th floor is accessible by lift and designed with an open-plan living and sleeping area. It’s elegantly furnished and well-maintained, featuring a sofa bed, a TV for all your favourite shows and a comfortable queen-size bed with hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep. Step out onto the balcony, furnished with seating perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The modern kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, cookware and cutlery to meet all your cooking needs. There’s also a washer for your laundry. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. For your comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay. Daily housekeeping is also available upon request for an additional fee. Please note that the rooftop swimming pool is under maintenance, but the ground-floor swimming pool is open. The rooftop pool will be available to use after a month. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or the surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests. Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
