The apartment is fully furnished and offers a semi-Arabian view from the private balcony. The property is conveniently located in the city centre, close to various attractions, restaurants and the Jumeirah Beach Residence 2 station.

It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. There is a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows. The area includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a furnished balcony where you can fully relax. The modern kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil your culinary requirements. The bedroom contains a comfy king-sized bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. The move-in was unfortunately not smooth as they forgot to send us the instructions! There were constant problems with the gas, we had to restart often to get gas. Knives should be changed, very blunt

It was absolutely amazing, best location in Dubai marina. It’s about 15 minutes walk by the beach and blue water. A lot of good restaurants with wonderful cousine and cheap price. Careffour at first
