The apartment has a breathtaking view of the Palm Jumeirah area and has private beach access. The apartment is close to a few top attractions (Dubai Harbour, Dubai Marina) and multiple tram stops, so guests can easily explore the city!

Welcome to my home! The apartment comes with an open floor plan. The living space features a sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. The area includes a floor-to-ceiling window that leads onto a large balcony where you can enjoy the breathtaking views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and crockery to fulfil your culinary requirements. The bedroom has a king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens and plenty of storage for your belongings. The modern tiled bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. The building includes a gorgeous shared swimming pool and a health club for you to enjoy. Both facilities can be found on the 2nd floor. The home is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety. Please note that parking is currently unavailable, as the parking card is missing and cannot be replaced at the moment. We apologise for the inconvenience. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Enjoy your stay! Please note: Construction is going on outside the building. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness.
