This apartment is located in the heart of Croix, rue Marceau. It is on the first floor without elevator of a typical building. The accommodation is functional, well equipped and located not far from Villa Cavrois. Ideal for a short stay and/or for your business trips!

The apartment is composed as follows: - Entrance then directly on your right is the bathroom with shower cabin, sink and WC - Living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, hotplates and washing machine) and a small lounge area with TV - Bedroom with double bed The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video. Please note that the staircase to access the accommodation is typical of our pretty buildings in Lille: the staircases are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking.
