It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with its two bedrooms featuring double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. Ideally located just a one-minute walk from the tram, you'll be able to enjoy a peaceful stay in Bordeaux. This apartment is only available under a mobility lease.

Welcome! This beautiful apartment is located on the 2nd floor, accessible only by stairs. The front door of this 73 m² apartment opens into a bright and elegantly decorated space. The living area is equipped with a very comfortable sofa and a large TV. It opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying sunny days, with a view of the Pey Berland Tower. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals (oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster). The dining area can seat up to four guests. A washing machine is also available. Both bedrooms feature double beds (160x200), carefully made with high-quality hotel linen. The modern bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and shower. You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left to do is enjoy your time here!
