Welcome to my apartment! This lovely 123 m² duplex property is ideally situated near popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide selection of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. It is located on the 1st floor (3rd real), and the building has elevator access. It is designed with a modern and elegant style, providing a peaceful ambience to guests. As you enter, the living space features a comfortable sitting area with a TV for relaxing evenings with your favourite shows. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals. Also, a service bathroom in the living room is available. Upstairs, there are three beautiful bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a double bed, multiple storage spaces and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and an ample wardrobe. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a built-in wardrobe. Kindly note that the bunk beds are intended for children, as they may not provide the ideal comfort level for adult guests A shared bathroom on this floor with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable. For your comfort, the space is always professionally cleaned before your arrival. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental. Signing a contract is mandatory. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. For your peace of mind while you're out enjoying the city, the flat is equipped with a home security alarm system. It includes safety sensors in the living room and upstairs hallway, as well as sensors on the doors and windows. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a 170euros/month utilities fee must be paid prior to check-in. A fair use policy applies, and any excess consumption beyond this amount may be charged separately after check out. If you extend your stay, the utility amount will increase proportionally based on the additional days. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
