Welcome to my apartment! This stylish and welcoming 65m² one-bedroom apartment in Aveiro offers the perfect retreat for couples or small families in search of a memorable stay. The property is located on the 2nd floor and accessible by lift. Thoughtfully designed with an open floor plan, the space combines comfort and functionality. The living area features a cosy single sofa bed, a flat-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table that seats four—ideal for shared meals or planning your day’s adventures. Step out onto the private balcony, a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy the fresh Aveiro air. The kitchenette comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, and all essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, the apartment also includes ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs during longer stays. The serene bedroom features a comfortable double bed dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is stocked with all necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries, making your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

Moderne, ruhige Wohnung in einer Seitenstraße in der Nähe der Grachten und des Stadtzentrums. Aufzug, Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage waren tolle Extras!
