Ideally situated just 5 minutes from the metro, you can enjoy a peaceful stay close to the capital. The flat is available for stays of 30 days or more.

Welcome to this lovely 47 m² flat, situated on the 3rd floor (with a lift). The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, furnished with a sofa and a television. The adjoining dining room has a table that seats up to 4 people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine (Nespresso-style), cookware and crockery. The flat includes a bedroom thoughtfully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The beds (queen-size – 160 x 190) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available to help you settle in comfortably. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. You’ll also find a washing machine for added convenience. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The outdoor area offers a pleasant space to relax, with a balcony furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for making the most of sunny days. It overlooks the inner courtyard, perfect for enjoying a moment of peace and quiet. The property is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke alarm for your safety. The property is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
