The space flows seamlessly into the outdoor patio, allowing plenty of natural light and easy access to the fresh air. WiFi is available throughout the property for both entertainment and remote work. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The house offers two comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a plush double bed to ensure restful nights. All beds come with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom includes a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day discovering the island. Fresh towels are provided for your convenience, and a washing machine is also available for longer stays. Upstairs, you'll find a cozy attic lounge with a sofa and TV, creating an additional living space ideal for movie nights, reading, or simply relaxing in a peaceful atmosphere. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

Es ist eine wirklich schöne Airbnb-Wohnung, die alles bietet, was man braucht. Auch an der Sauberkeit gab es nichts auszusetzen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut – nicht weit von der Hauptstadt Funchal
