Authentic and full of character, it offers a beautiful view of the rooftops of Paris and one of the capital's iconic streets. Ideally located in the heart of the 4th arrondissement, it is within walking distance of Paris's must-see sites such as Notre Dame, the Louvre, the banks of the Seine, and the Pompidou Center, all accessible in just a few minutes.

The apartment offers a typically Parisian atmosphere, combining old-world charm with everyday comfort. The living room is the heart of the apartment. Bathed in light thanks to its three large windows, it offers a pleasant lounge area with a double sofa bed, coffee table, television, and period fireplace, adding a lot of character to the room. There is also a dining area with a table and chairs, ideal for sharing a meal or working from time to time. The open-plan kitchen, which extends from the living room, is functional and well-equipped for everyday use: Nespresso machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, and freezer.
