Welcome to my apartment! This charming 39 m² apartment with one bedroom and a sofa bed is the perfect retreat for groups and families seeking comfort. The living room is carefully furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, and all the utensils and cookware you need to make your cooking experience easy. The bedroom is tastefully decorated and includes a comfortable double bed and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom comes with clean towels and complimentary toiletries to ensure a comfortable, worry-free stay. The property is always professionally cleaned for your convenience. It is located on the first floor, and the building has an elevator. Note: This apartment is for temporary rental – Not available for tourism purposes. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease agreement and provide proof of the reason for the stay. After completing the reservation, you will receive a contract to sign; without the signed contract, the reservation will be canceled without the right to a refund. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive our agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form is completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and garbage bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor areas of the home if it has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Extra keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy. Check-in hours: from 15:00 to 22:00. Please note that check-ins after 22:00 may incur an additional cost.

Schönes, gemütliches Apartment, das Badezimmer ist etwas klein, ruhige Gegend. In der Nähe der U-Bahn, mit der man ins Zentrum von Madrid gelangt. Ganz in der Nähe des Retiro-Parks.
