The living room is tastefully furnished with a comfortable seating area, a TV with multiple streaming options for your entertainment, and a dining table, creating the perfect space to relax and enjoy time with family or friends. Step outside and relax on the balcony with outdoor furniture perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or simply unwinding in the fresh air. The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs. The first bedroom features a plush king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable single bed. Both come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area.
