Modern & Stylish House - "Chalet Concept" -> Accommodation located in the commune of La Gaubretière, in the hamlet of La Rocheblin. -> Capacity of up to 6 guests. The house includes: On the ground floor -> A spacious dining area with a fully equipped Bulthaup kitchen (hob, extractor hood, microwave, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle…). Everything you need to cook is provided. A welcome kit is offered, including tea, coffee, sugar, and biscuits. -> A living room with a large sofa, a coffee table, a Prouvé armchair. WIFI available. -> Unfortunately, the fireplace cannot be used for safety and maintenance reasons. -> A separate WC. -> A bathroom with a mirror and a hairdryer. A complimentary bathroom kit is provided, including soap, shower gel, and shampoo. -> A large bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a TV, and a dressing area with a washing machine.
