Welcome to my apartment! Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 44 m² apartment is located on the 1st floor, accessible by a lift, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a dining table for two. There's also a private terrace with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven, and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. I must say this was the best stay in Paris for me and my friend! The metro is on the same block as the stay and is in the 16th arrondissement-which is also where a lot of attractions are. The terrace

Perfect for our stay. Rolland Garros was closer than I thought within 15mins walk and the Metro Trainline was practically outside the front door straight to all the attractions. Plus there are e-bikes
