Quiet and bright studio, located a 5-minute walk from Arcachon train station, shops and the beach. Central and pleasant location. It is on the ground floor with direct access via a small tree-lined path. The living room was renovated in early 2026. Almost all of the furniture is also new. 140 cm sofa bed with a comfortable mattress.
