This two-bedroom country-style house is comfortable and well-furnished, with a private backyard perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The Bear Hotel and Hare and Hounds are both great restaurants and bars located nearby, and St Quentin's Castle is a must-see. The house is ideal for a family or group of friends.


Raum

Welcome to my home! Close to the Welsh capital, Cardiff, and within a few miles of Cardiff International Airport, this former Coach House was converted by maintaining as much of the original building's fabric and features as possible. It added a more modern touch to the house while staying true to its authentic ambience and features. The living room has a sofa and set of chairs, a TV, a log burner and a TV, making it the perfect space to relax after a tiring day. If you wish to grab some fresh air, you can lounge in the private courtyard via the bi-fold doors, which are equipped with a seating area for your comfort. The bedrooms each contain a double bed and a king bed. The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathrooms have all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Note: Bedroom 2 is subject to a planning condition that means the window is obscured and must remain closed unless used as an exit in the case of an emergency.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). We also charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, replacing the locks may incur an additional cost. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
