Welcome to my home! The 50m2 studio is located on the 1st floor by lift. Designed with an open floor plan complete with high-end room amenities, this home is a peaceful place to retreat after a long day in the city. The comfortable double bed has complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, an oven, and a coffee machine. The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a rain shower, a toilet and a sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
