Welcome to my studio! This delightful 35 m2 studio offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this dynamic city. It is located on the 1st floor and has a lift access. It is designed with open living, sleeping and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area and a comfortable queen bed, where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. The bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware, an oven, a cooking plate and a washing machine. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

My mum and I spent about 6 nights in the flat. We felt at home, the flat is beautiful and clean as in the photos. It had everything you needed for cooking. The location is good, in the centre of Gaia,
