Welcome to my apartment! Located on the ground floor, right by the D. Luís Bridge, this modern and tastefully decorated 50m² apartment is ideally positioned near many top attractions in Vila Nova de Gaia, including Porto Cathedral. The apartment features an open-plan layout. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a TV with access to multiple streaming services for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining area with seating for three. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for preparing delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom offers a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for ultimate comfort, along with a desk perfect for work or study. The room also includes a bathtub, ideal for relaxing after a busy day. The bathroom is stocked with all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay to ensure your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
