The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops, and there are many bus stations within 1 minute's walking distance, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my studio! This charming 55 m² property is ideal for families, couples, or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city of Valencia. It is located on the ground floor of the building with street-level access and a private entrance. It is designed in a modern and minimalist style with large windows on the entrance side, providing a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The living room features a comfortable sitting area, including a single sofa bed and a smart TV. The open-concept kitchen includes essential cookware and cutlery to prepare delicious meals, as well as appliances such as an oven, stovetop, microwave, and coffee maker. Separated by wooden slats, the bedroom area includes a comfortable double bed with bed linen, multiple storage spaces, and a bathroom — equipped with all essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable. The property is always professionally cleaned for your convenience. Enjoy your stay.

Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

Easy access, close to an amazing restaurant kaki’s bar. Living space was great and shower was fantastic. Good kitchen as well as the AC. Has a washer but no dryer. Fantastic stay!

We came by bus, so the flat was ideally situated for a short walk to the bus stop. Close to the bus and underground for getting around the city, and within walking distance of the historic centre. Exc
