This 3 bedroom villa in Madeira is perfect for families and friends looking for a relaxing stay. Tastefully furnished and surrounded by a garden with a heated salt water swimming pool and jacuzzi overlooking the ocean, this villa is close to several attractions such as the Garajau Cable Car and Cristo Rei. Madeira Airport and the city of Funchal are less than a 15-minute drive from the property.

Welcome to my home! This beautifully decorated 127m² villa is conveniently located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse dining options. The living room features a cozy sofa and a dining table, complemented by an oversized window that floods the space with natural light. Enjoy stunning sea views from here, and step outside to the balcony, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and tropical garden, complete with outdoor furniture. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, such as an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, and even a heated floor. A washing machine and dryer are also available for your laundry needs. The main bedroom suite has a queen-size bed, a fully equipped bathroom and a balcony overlooking the garden. There are two more bedrooms in the villa, one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds, both with closets to place your clothes. All the beds are dressed in hotel-quality linen for your comfort, and every bedroom has blackout shutters. Each bedroom has it’s own temperature controls. The bathrooms are equipped with towels and toiletries for your convenience, as well as heated floors. The space is professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note that the pool is not suitable for children and is only accessible by stairs. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

The apartment is very nice, spacious and has all the facilities you need. The view from the terrace is beautiful, is the kind of place where you really feel on holiday!

A beautiful house, a lovely terrace with a view, a swimming pool, and plenty of space. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the house to the local bakery, café and shop. I highly recommend it!
