Welcome! This lovely 15m² private room is ideally situated near popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide selection of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. It is located on the 2nd floor, and the building has no elevator. The room is furnished with a comfortable king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, a support desk and free Wi-Fi for a relaxing stay. The bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Guests can access a shared living room on the ground floor and a lovely backyard - the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a cup of tea. For your comfort, the space is always professionally cleaned before your arrival. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: There are security cameras in the access areas to the rooms for safety reasons. Note: This room is located on the top floor of the building and, for this reason, they may tend to be warmer.
