Welcome! Discover this elegant 70 m² two-bedroom apartment in Porto, thoughtfully designed to combine comfort, style, and convenience. It’s the perfect choice for families or friends looking for a relaxing and comfortable city getaway. Beautifully decorated and filled with natural light, the apartment features large windows that create a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout. Located on the second floor, the apartment is accessible by stairs only. The open-plan living area provides a comfortable space to unwind, complete with a cozy sofa and flat-screen TV — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Porto. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, cookware, and essential utensils. The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom has one single bed and a trundle bed. Please note that the trundle bed has a narrow 75 cm-wide mattress. All beds are made with complimentary, hotel-quality linens to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep. For your peace of mind and comfort, the apartment is professionally cleaned and prepared before every stay. We hope you enjoy your stay in Porto!

Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

Nice flat with evertything necessary for 1 night. We loved the welcome kit. Very helpfull even if in our case was Not necessary ( a part from the coffee).
