This amazingly furnished studio apartment is close to everything the city has to offer. It has a beautiful atmosphere and a vibrant cluster of shops and cafés nearby. It can accommodate up to two people, making it a perfect place to stay for couples or solo travellers.

Welcome to our place! This apartment is situated in a great location and is just a short walk from different attractions. The stylish living room features a TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a sleeping area that is fitted with a double bed, lined with hotel-quality linens giving you a perfect night of sleep, and plenty of storage room. The space includes a floor-to-ceiling window that leads onto a furnished balcony that will help you relax and breathe fresh air. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, a microwave, and a coffee machine. You will find a folded dining table enough to accommodate two at your disposal. - Ironing equipment is also available for you to freshen up your clothes whenever you need to. And the contemporary bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower and a hairdryer; Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Our arrival at the accommodation went very smoothly, with clear instructions. We were able to get everywhere on foot, but you do need to make sure you have good shoes as the accommodation isn’t quite
