This one-bedroom apartment in Porto is perfect for couples looking to stay in the city centre. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops.

Welcome to our home! Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer. This apartment can sleep up to 4 people comfortably. complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the apartment. Towels and bed linen are provided. Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. Please note that the street leading to the property is on a slope, which adds to the area's charm. Some taxis may be unable to stop outside, but they usually drop guests about 10 metres away. The final access is an easy walk. Sofa bed note: the sofa converts into a bed by simply arranging the cushions (it does not have a traditional pull-out mechanism). It is comfortable for children and adults of average height, but may be less suitable for very tall guests.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). Sofa bed note: the sofa converts into a bed by simply arranging the cushions (it does not have a traditional pull-out mechanism). It is comfortable for children and adults of average height, but may be less suitable for very tall guests.
