Picaria street was the first large way to be built out of the walls of the city. At the top of the street you can find the Divine Heart of chapel, in neo-gothic style, that dates back to 1878.“Blacksmiths’ street”, as some people call i, known for its hardware stores. From chains to faucets, from plugs to hand tools, from keys to plumbing supplies, you’ll find it all. But new life is being brought to this street, with new stores, design and vintage ones, tattoo shops and coffee shops. Very close to the City Hall and Praça da República.

It is designed with a modern and elegant style with oversized windows, providing guests with a peaceful and bright ambience. The apartment has a beautifully decorated sleeping area, which includes a cosy double bed, an armchair, and a support desk. The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable. Guests will have access to a shared living room and a shared kitchenette. Please note that the kitchenette is a basic support area intended for preparing light meals and snacks, such as sandwiches and similar items. It is not a fully equipped kitchen and does not have a stove or other appliances suitable for cooking full meals. There is no elevator in the building. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

Une petite chambre jolie située près du centre, pratique pour se déplacer pour visiter des lieux, de nombreux restaurants et cafés à proximité, mais très bien insonorisée, pas bruyante.
