This practical and conveniently located two-bedroom flat with all amenities for a comfortable stay. It is 2 minute walk from the famous D.Luis Bridge and Riverside. This apartment can sleep up to 4 people comfortably.

Welcome to our home! Fully furnished with all the comforts you may need, the apartment accommodates up to 4 people comfortably with two double bedrooms. Please note that one of the bedrooms doesn't have a window. Please note that the flat is located on a busy street and above an Irish Pub, so there may be some noise during the day and late at night. The main living area comprises an open-plan living and dining area, with a fully equipped kitchen just around the corner. Feel free to whip yourself up a nice hot meal and enjoy it with your partner or friends and family around the table or while watching TV. Towels and bed Linen are provided for your stay. Please note that the flat is located on a busy street with an Irish pub on the ground floor, and currently overlooks a construction site, so you may experience lively noise during the day and late at night, including construction activity during working hours.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included) We manage several units in this building, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs or book multiple for a group stay.
